Pina Colada

After a visit to the Cultural Centre I spend Wednesday afternoon relaxing at the pool and learning how to do “nothing”.


A Piña Colada made with rum, coconut milk and pineapple juice was too tempting to resist. After all, I am on holidays and I was ordered by my doctor to learn to relax and leave all the worries behind.


Before dusk, I drove to Parc Municipal du Ouen Toro on top of the mountain where a battery cannon from the Australian War of the Pacific was on display.
